1. Following the Examination Rules

All learners must follow the examination schedule, deadlines, and instructions shared by InGrade. If a learner does not meet the required conditions, their eligibility for certification, third-party certification examinations, and placement assistance may be affected, as explained in this policy.

2. Requirements to Take an Examination

Before appearing for an examination, learners must: • Maintain at least 85% attendance across scheduled live sessions. • Complete all required LMS coursework, including assignments, projects, and assessments. • Complete the tasks assigned by instructors. • Clear any pending submissions and incomplete modules. Learners with attendance below 85% will not be eligible for certification or third-party certification examination alignment. They will need to rejoin a new batch, meet the attendance and academic requirements, and pay the applicable batch rejoining fee.

3. Minimum Passing Score

Learners must score at least 85% in every mandatory examination, including module-wise examinations and the final examination. If a learner scores below 85% in any mandatory examination, they will not qualify for certification. They must rejoin a new batch, pay the applicable batch rejoining fee, and complete the prescribed academic requirements and examinations. A certificate will not be issued until the learner has met the applicable examination and academic requirements.

4. No Reattempts and Batch Rejoining

Each mandatory examination has one attempt only. Learners are expected to attempt every module-wise examination and the final examination within the schedule communicated by InGrade. • No reattempts will be provided if a learner fails an examination or scores below 85%. • Learners who miss or skip an examination will not be given another attempt. • Learners who fail, score below 85%, or skip an examination must rejoin a new batch and complete the prescribed academic requirements and examinations. • A batch rejoining fee will apply. InGrade will communicate the applicable fee to the learner. • Rejoining a new batch does not automatically guarantee certification. Learners must fulfil all attendance, coursework, and examination requirements.

5. Examination Deadlines

All examinations must be completed within the program duration and the examination window communicated by InGrade. Once the examination window closes, an examination may expire and the learner may lose eligibility to complete it. Extensions will not be automatic and will be considered only if InGrade expressly approves them.

6. Late Submissions

Learners must submit examinations, assignments, assessments, and other required work by the stated deadlines. Late submissions may be treated as incomplete or not submitted and may affect examination or certification eligibility.

7. Technical Issues During Examinations

Learners are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable internet connection and the necessary equipment before starting an examination. InGrade does not provide reattempts for examinations affected by technical issues. Learners should contact InGrade promptly if a technical issue occurs; reporting an issue does not guarantee another attempt.

8. Academic Integrity

Learners are expected to complete their work honestly and independently, following the instructions given for each assessment. Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or using unauthorised help — including AI tools where their use is prohibited — may lead to: disqualification from the examination; loss of certification eligibility; restrictions on participation in future InGrade programs. InGrade will review suspected misconduct and determine the appropriate action under its academic rules.

9. Non-Compliance

If a learner does not meet the examination or academic requirements in this policy, they may become ineligible for the relevant examination, certification, third-party certification examination alignment, or placement assistance. Any next steps, including batch rejoining where applicable, will be communicated by InGrade.

10. Program Duration

The standard program duration is the one communicated at the time of enrolment. In some cases, the program may be extended by up to 1–3 months because of operational, academic, technical, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any applicable updates will be communicated by InGrade.

11. Placement Assistance Period

Placement assistance activities will begin after the scheduled program duration has been completed. Participation is subject to the learner meeting InGrade's applicable academic, attendance, examination, and placement eligibility requirements. Placement assistance will be available for up to six months from the official program completion date, subject to the learner meeting the applicable eligibility requirements.

12. Learner Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the program, learners acknowledge the stated program duration and possible extension of up to 1–3 months, the placement assistance period of up to six months from official completion, and the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Learner reminder: Please keep track of your attendance, coursework, assignment deadlines, and examination dates. Each examination has one attempt only. If you have questions about your eligibility or academic requirements, contact InGrade before the relevant deadline.
